I found your recipe via Kris Carr and we tried it this morning. We measured the ingredients exactly but the waffles did not cook properly. The batter seemed to burn even when we had a low temperature on the waffle iron. The waffle iron we has makes the heart shaped waffles as pictured on your blog(-:
We are wondering if there is another step or something else we should have done. The flavour was pretty good – just burnt and the batter would come out the sides of the iron and then the remaining waffle was thin like a crepe.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance(-:
